Manufactured using a tough Poly Cotton blend fabric which is strong enough to handle rough usage, these field jackets were the mainstay of the British Infantrymans field clothing and an integral part of the Soldier 95 combat clothing system. The classic British DPM camouflage meets the military requirements for infrared reflectivity - providing concealment even when viewed through image intensifiers.

The 4 front pockets are fastened by large slotted buttons, plus 2 vertical zip closure chest map pockets are provided, each with pen pockets inside. Small items can be secured to sewn-in loops on the chest pocket closure flaps. An eppaulette for rank badges is located on the front of the jacket.

A rugged full length 2 way zip closes the smock and the storm flap covering that is hook & loop fastened. The adjustable wrists also use hook & loop closures. Waist and hem draw cords are provided, with the hem cord being elasticized and provided with cord locks.

These garments are no longer in production and so new and unissued condition ones are extremely rare now. Our stock is limted so order while they are still available.
